The Story
25 years in operations leadership. Then I burned out. Then I built something better.
I spent 25 years in operations and business administration at Nelson, Brookfield, PwC — the last five focused on project management. PMP certified, disciplined, always delivering. But the work was grinding me down, and I didn't have a safety net when things got dark.
When I hit bottom — burnout, isolation, the kind of quiet crisis nobody talks about — AI became my lifeline. Not because it replaced my skills. Because it gave me the capacity to rebuild on my own terms.
I got my CPMAI certification. I studied how AI actually works inside organizations — not the demos, not the hype. And then I did something most consultants won't: I built the system myself and used it to run my own company.
I don't have employees. I have 23 AI team members, a governance framework, and a $50/month infrastructure stack.
That system is called Eunoia. It's my AI operating system — an orchestrator that delegates to specialized agents, enforces process, and keeps me honest. It runs my sprints, my content pipeline, my research, my code. Everything.
Now I'm building AHAConsulting.AI in public — showing every sprint, every mistake, every win. Because the best way to prove AI consulting works is to show it working, not just talk about it.
